Pil Suk Diet

Wow, it's been a long time since I've posted in this journal.

I'm so excited that my friends and I will soon be in L.A. going to see B.A.P in concert. Because of that and related health reasons I'm restarting my efforts to become healthier and lose body fat. I dislike saying "lsoe weight" mainly because losing weight doesn't necessarily mean getting healthier to me. I'd rather be heavier and have healthy muscle than stick skinny and not healthy.

For those who are familiar with Dream High, I will be doing a variation on the Pil Suk diet and exercise regimen. I will attempt to skip for 30 mins a day. Not necessarily all at once because of time constraints but I will be getting those 30 mins in or it won't count. The variation that I'm choosing to do is, a day of HIIT training with skipping as the cardio element and then the next day is intervals of slow skipping to faster speeds of skipping. I'm doing this in an effort to force my body to adapt and to change. I will be taking breaks whenever my body calls for it though. In school I recently did a presentation on hte dangers of over exercising/not giving your body enough rest between workouts/physical activity and I'd hate to not use what I learnt.

Anyways, here's to a healthier and stronger life :)
